California Community College Real Estate Programs

Here you will find information about what Real Estate courses are offered by which
Community Colleges in California. Many offer certificates and degree programs. Units are transferable to the California State University system where articulation agreements are in place.

The following California State Universities offer a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Real Estate. This is particularly important to all real estate educators and counselors in light of legislative passage of AB1718 in effect January 1, 2013.
