Podcast: Dr. Donna Grogan Interview

Student success is at the core of California Community College real estate classes. We support the principles of the Vision for Success, to support improved outcomes for community college students.

In this CCCREEC podcast, we have a conversation with Saddleback College real estate faculty Martin Welc and Brock Schermerhorn, and Donna Grogan, Ed.D., real estate broker, professor emeritus and textbook author. Dr. Grogan has a bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Finance, a master’s from Cal Poly Pomona, and a doctorate of education in Institutional Management from Pepperdine University.

The conversation includes information about Dr. Grogan’s real estate education background, what the market was doing at the time, and how that helped her launch a successful real estate career. With the degrees as well as real-world experience she had gained, she later became a real estate author and instructor, teaching at many different schools across the state.

Outcomes: This podcast interview would be an excellent resource for anyone thinking of becoming a real estate professional or real estate instructor.
