You can afford real estate education
We know that going back to school or starting a new career isn’t easy. That’s why the Foundation for California Community Colleges offers $600 per semester, up to $1200 per year, in scholarships for eligible real estate students with financial need.
Use the funds for your real estate education expenses like: tuition, fees, textbooks, online learning technology, child care, transportation, and your California licensing exam fees.

In the past few years, we’ve allocated the full amount for students within 2 months of opening the application period!
