Podcast: Instructional Design & Accessible Technology

Instructional and technology support are essential to the wellbeing of California Community College real estate programs. Our classes have a long history of high quality, academically rigorous real estate instruction in accessible formats for all students.

In this CCCREEC podcast, we have a conversation with Saddleback College real estate faculty Martin Welc and Brock Schermerhorn and Thomas MacKenzie, of the Faculty Center for Student Success at Saddleback College.

The conversation includes a demonstration of technological resources to support accessible learning and instructional design in Zoom, Canvas, and browsers.

Outcomes: From listening to this podcast, instructors will gain some insights on the issues related to accessibility in technology, tools to improve classroom resources, and ideas for inclusive learning environments.

You’ll want to listen if you are a full-time or part-time professor in real estate, or you are a real estate professional wanting more insight on using technology to support student success in your classes.
